Evidence based therapy for adults navigating complexity change and mental health challenges.
Trauma leaves an imprint not just in memory, but in the body, in relationships, and in how we navigate the world. Trauma-informed therapy means working with an understanding of how your nervous system has adapted to threat, and how healing happens when we restore a sense of safety and agency.
I integrate EMDR and Schema Therapy in this work, using EMDR to process specific memories or experiences that remain distressing, and Schema Therapy to make sense of deeper patterns in how you relate to yourself and others.
Learn more about EMDR therapy โI offer comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments for adults seeking clarity, self-understanding, or formal documentation. Assessments are conducted in a respectful, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed manner.
Learn more about assessments โLiving with endometriosis, PCOS, chronic pelvic pain, or fertility-related challenges can be emotionally and psychologically exhausting. These conditions often carry layers of grief, frustration, invisibility, and disconnection.
I offer psychological support that honours the complexity of these experiences, including antenatal, perinatal, and postnatal mental health. I work collaboratively with your medical care team and respect the boundaries of my scope as a psychologist.
Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes, which can sometimes feel fragmented when processing trauma. Extended sessions are typically 90โ120 minutes and allow time to prepare, process, and integrate within a single session.
I am an AHPRA-approved Board Supervisor and offer professional supervision for provisional psychologists completing their registrar program and early career psychologists in the Mandurah and Peel region.
CBT and ACT are evidence-based approaches that help you understand the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. These therapies focus on developing practical skills to manage distress, increase psychological flexibility, and move toward valued living.
I use these approaches in a collaborative, individualised way to support you in building resilience, managing anxiety and depression, and working through difficult life transitions with clarity and purpose.
Standard therapy sessions (50 minutes): $210
I provide invoices that can be submitted to Medicare if you are on a Mental Health Care Plan. Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Cancellations: I ask for 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full unless there are exceptional circumstances.

My name means "serenity" in Sanskrit. This meaning reflects what I hope to bring to my practice: a calm, grounded space where healing can unfold at its own pace.
I'm a registered psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience. My work is grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming principles, with a relational, formulation-driven approach that prioritises safety, pacing, and collaboration.
I'm trained in EMDR and Schema Therapy, and I have a particular clinical interest in ADHD & ASD, Eating Disorders and more recently the psychological dimensions of women's health, including endometriosis, PCOS, chronic pelvic pain, and fertility-related stress.

I work with adults presenting with a broad range of mental health concerns. My clinical interests reflect areas where I have specialized training, experience, and a commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate care.
The psychological impact of adverse or overwhelming life experiences, including childhood trauma, relational trauma, and single-incident events.
Panic, phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, and worry that interferes with daily living.
Depression, bipolar presentations, and mood instability.
OCD presentations and related anxiety conditions characterized by intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.
The psychological complexities of one's relationship with food, body image, and self-perception.
Support for emotional regulation, burnout, identity, masking, and navigating neurodivergence.
The emotional impact of living with chronic pain, illness, fertility challenges, and medical experiences.
Stress-related difficulties, self-criticism, and the emotional exhaustion of high demands.
Attachment patterns, interpersonal challenges, identity exploration, and periods of change or uncertainty.
My work is guided by evidence-based practice and tailored to the individual, drawing on EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT and ACT within a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming framework.
