Record retention

In accordance with Australian Psychology Board guidelines, clinical records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of your last appointment, or until you turn 25 years of age (whichever is later). Records are then securely destroyed.

Website and online communications

This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies. Any information submitted through the contact form is transmitted securely and used only to respond to your enquiry. Email communications are sent via secure, encrypted channels where possible.

Telehealth sessions

Telehealth sessions are conducted using secure, encrypted video conferencing platforms. I do not record sessions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. You are responsible for ensuring your own physical privacy during telehealth sessions.
